Cookie Policy
This Cookie Policy explains how NOVE SOLIDA uses cookies and similar technologies on our website, what they are, which ones we use and why, and the choices you have. It should be read alongside our Privacy Policy.
Last updated: 22 June 2026Applies to: www.novesolida.com
This Cookie Policy explains how NOVE SOLIDA LTD (“NOVE SOLIDA”, “we”, “us” or “our”) uses cookies and similar technologies on our website at www.novesolida.com. NOVE SOLIDA LTD is a company registered in England and Wales under Company No. 11578879. We use cookies in line with UK data protection law, including the UK GDPR, the Data Protection Act 2018 and the Privacy and Electronic Communications Regulations (PECR). Where a cookie is not strictly necessary to provide the website you have asked for, we will only use it with your consent, which you can give, refuse or withdraw at any time.
1. What are cookies?
Cookies are small text files that a website places on your device (your computer, tablet or phone) when you visit. They are widely used to make websites work, to remember your preferences, and to provide information to the people who own the site. A cookie typically contains the name of the website it came from, how long it lasts, and a value, which is usually a randomly generated unique number.
Cookies can be “session” cookies, which are deleted when you close your browser, or “persistent” cookies, which stay on your device until they expire or you delete them. They can also be “first-party” cookies, set by the website you are visiting, or “third-party” cookies, set by another organisation whose services appear on that website (for example an analytics or advertising provider).
In this policy, when we say “cookies” we also mean similar technologies that store or read information on your device, because these raise the same privacy considerations and are treated the same way under PECR. These include local storage and session storage (we use a single local storage entry to remember your cookie choices, rather than a cookie); pixels (also called web beacons), tiny pieces of code that can record that a page or email has been opened; and SDKs and tags, which advertising and analytics providers use to collect information about how you use a site.
2. How we obtain your consent
When you first visit our website, we show you a cookie banner. Strictly necessary cookies are set automatically because the site cannot function without them. We do not set any Analytics & Performance or Marketing & Advertising cookies unless and until you give your consent.
You can accept or reject non-essential cookies through the banner. We treat rejecting as easy as accepting, and we do not interpret continued browsing, scrolling or closing the banner as consent. We record your choice in your browser so that we can honour it and remember it on future visits, in line with PECR and the UK GDPR.
Where we add new non-essential cookies, or use existing ones for a materially different purpose, we will ask for your consent again before doing so.
3. The categories we use
Strictly Necessary
Always on
These cookies and similar technologies are essential for our website to function and to deliver the services you have asked for. They keep the site secure, allow core pages to load correctly, and remember the cookie choices you have made so that we do not ask you again on every visit. Because they are strictly necessary, they do not require your consent and cannot be switched off through our cookie settings. They do not track you across other websites and are not used for analytics or advertising.
Examples: a local storage entry that records whether you have accepted or rejected non-essential cookies; technologies used to keep the website secure and load pages reliably.
Analytics & Performance
Optional · off by default
These cookies help us understand how visitors find and use our website — which pages are most popular, how people move around the site, and whether they encounter errors. We use this information, usually in aggregated form, to measure and improve how the website performs. They are not strictly necessary, so we only set them if you give your consent. We do not currently run analytics on this website, but if we add it, it will only load with your consent — which you can withdraw at any time.
Examples: Google Analytics 4 (GA4) cookies such as _ga, _ga_<id> and _gid — only set if you consent.
Marketing & Advertising
Optional · off by default
These cookies and pixels are used to measure the effectiveness of our advertising and, where relevant, to show you more relevant ads on other platforms and limit how often you see them. They may be set by third-party advertising providers and can be used to build a profile of your interests across different websites. They are not strictly necessary, so we only set them if you give your consent. We do not currently run advertising pixels on this website, but if we add them they will only be activated with your consent.
Examples: Meta (Facebook/Instagram) Pixel cookies such as _fbp; the TikTok pixel; and Google Ads conversion and remarketing tags — only set if you consent.

5. Managing your cookies
You are in control of the non-essential cookies we use, and you can change your mind at any time. You can manage your preferences in two ways:
Through our website: review and update your choices at any time by selecting in the footer of any page. This reopens our preferences panel so you can accept or reject Analytics and Marketing cookies. Withdrawing consent is as easy as giving it, and your updated choice takes effect straight away for future cookies; any non-essential cookies already set may remain until they expire or you clear them.
Through your browser: most browsers let you see what cookies are stored, delete them, and block some or all cookies. The way you do this differs between browsers, so please check the “Help”, “Settings” or “Privacy” section of your browser. Many browsers also offer a private or incognito browsing mode.
Please note that Strictly Necessary cookies and local storage entries keep the site working as intended. If you block or delete them through your browser, some parts of the website may not function correctly, your cookie preferences may not be remembered, and you may be asked to set them again.
6. Third-party cookies and connections
Some cookies and similar technologies described in this policy are set by third parties, such as Google, Meta and TikTok, when those services are active on our site. These providers are responsible for their own use of the information they collect, and we recommend reviewing their privacy and cookie notices to understand how they process your data.
Our website also loads fonts from Google Fonts on every page so the site displays correctly. This does not set cookies, but it does involve a request to a Google server, which receives your IP address and browser information in order to deliver the font files. Where a third-party provider transfers personal data outside the UK, that transfer is subject to appropriate safeguards, which we explain in our Privacy Policy.
7. Changes to this Cookie Policy
We may update this Cookie Policy from time to time to reflect changes in the cookies we use, changes to our website or services, or changes in the law or guidance. When we make changes, we will update the “Last updated” date at the top of this policy. If we introduce new analytics or advertising cookies, we will update the cookie table and, where required, ask for your consent before those cookies are set.
8. Contact us
